Beware of the three pickup notes and put the right on time. Once you learn the melody, you can embelish your playing by putting emphasize on the most distinct melody notes (listen to some vocal version of the song to find out where they are). If you want to make your solo sound a little less "obvious", spice it up with emphasizing the bluesy notes (bar 3, bluesy licks) and the notes played by left-hand techniques (slides, hammer-ons).
