This part of Cripple Creek basically omits the C chord and you play a G in it's place. The first measure is easy because you're staying where you are the entire time. For the second measure, there's the D chord switch that you know well at this point. This is more about memorization than technical skill. Enjoy, and once you have the B section down, put both sections together.
