This melody is just like how you would sing it. Here, we are "playing the syllables" that means we pick a note for a syllable in each word. Some of those come pretty quick, so this may be a bit more challenge for you than the other basic melody tab for this tune. Knowing the song well enough to sing it will help you.
Pay attention to the fingerings, try to use the suggested ones at first - especially the ones for your pick hand. This is a challenge meant to help you strengthen your picking skills. Being able to play the quick back to back notes with the same finger can really help with your speed and control. When playing these types of rhythms at faster speeds, we'll usually use the single string technique.
