There are suggested fingerings for your fret hand above the tablature. These are not the only way to play this. There are almost always options. If you find another alternative that is easier for your hands, or you find to be more efficient, then use that.
If any of the two note chords, which are known as "double stops", are troublesome then you can just play one of the chord notes. When the chords are being played the first string notes are the melody. Stick with those when trying to play the whole song. Practice the chords separately and include those when you develop your facility.
