Use this as a backing track to practice your leads and backup for the verse and chorus sections. Try to memorize the chord progressions. Notice there is an extra measure at the end of the kickoff before the singing starts in the verse. That's very common in bluegrass tunes.
If rolling, remember you are using 16th notes as we usually write them out in Tunefox. So each measure could have two 8 note rolls, four 4 note rolls, or a combination of those. If doing vamping, you'll have 4 "Boom-chucks" per measure. Experiment and work on making your own backup. You can use the focus feature to work on any tricky chord changes.
